A friend told me to reach out to Del Oro Roofing to fix a patch of shingles that lifted and flew during a couple of windy days in Tucson. I spoke with James and he scheduled a visit the next day to assess the damage. He informed me when he was 20 minutes like I had requested and met me to assess what needed to be repaired. Later that day I received the quote for the work to be completed. The work was scheduled for the next day and I was informed when the team was headed to my house and when the work was completed. I was sent the report and invoice in a timely manner and appreciate the quick response time that the Del Oro Roofing team provided me.
